Surjit Singha MCom, MBA, M.Phil, NET, (PhD), presently working as a faculty member in the Dept. of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) and PhD Research scholar at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). Specialized in Commerce & Management, Teaching experience in Higher Education Institute of more than 8+ years, and 3+ years of industry experience at entry-level and managerial levels. Editorial Board Member at The Native Tribe, delivered more than 3,000 hours of Teaching lectures. His research area is in Workforce Diversity, Organizational Climate and Culture, SDG and topics that benefit society, published more than 25 research articles, books, chapters in a book, and edited books in India, Bulgaria, Turkey, and the USA; and attended more than 100 National and International conference, workshops, seminars, Webinar, FDP, MDP and Training.
