ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Surjit Singha is presently a faculty member in the Dept. of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). Specialized in Commerce & Management, with an experience of more than 13+ years in Industry and Teaching and delivered more than 3,600 hours of Teaching lectures, he has published more than thirty articles and eighteen books to his credit. His research area is Workforce Diversity, Organizational Climate and Culture, SDG, Women studies, and topics that benefit society. He attended more than 100 National and International conferences, workshops, seminars, FDP, MDP, certified Life skills trainer by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) & trained students on Life Skills topics from 2013 to around 4,000 Youths. He has completed two Fully Funded Minor Research projects funded by Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous).
