Dr Sivarethinamohan R, holds a Doctoral Degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (Tamilnadu). In his academic career spanning over more than 25 years, he has participated and presented research papers at national and international conferences and holds nearly 30 article publications in leading journals to his credit.

He has published textbooks with (i) Tata McGraw Hill. New Delhi, titled "Operations Research, (ii) Prentice Hall of India, New Delhi, titled "Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare" (iii). Sultan Chand & Son, titled" Engineering Economics and Financial Accounting and (iv) CBA Publishers, titled "Principles of Management".

He Published 2 Patents titled "Development of Smart System to Avoid Triples and Over Speed Control in Two Wheelers" (202041033794) on 21.08.2020 and "Development of Real-Time Traffic Control System Using Digital Image Processing" (202041038823) on 25.09.2020.



Surjit Singha MCom, MBA, M.Phil, NET, (PhD), presently working as a faculty member in the Dept. of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous) and PhD Research scholar at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). Specialized in Commerce & Management, Teaching experience in Higher Education Institute of more than 8+ years, and 3+ years of industry experience at entry-level and managerial levels. Editorial Board Member at The Native Tribe, delivered more than 3,000 hours of Teaching lectures. His research area is in Workforce Diversity, Organizational Climate and Culture, SDG and topics that benefit society, published more than 38 research articles, books, chapters in a book, and edited book published in India, Bulgaria, USA, Turkey, and China; and attended more than 100 National, International conference, webinar, seminar, workshops and training. Completed two Fully Funded Minor Research Project funded by Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). Completed Graduation and MCom from Kristu Jayanti College (Bangalore University), MBA and MPhil from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), UGC NET Commerce, and Life Skills Trainer Certified by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (An Institution of National Importance by the Act of Parliament under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India), and trained more than 4000 youths in Life Skills Topics since 2013. 16 years of experience in handling blogs, websites, social media, poster design, and book editing. He likes paintings, travelling, cooking, and gardening.
