Let’s bring Mental Health Awareness Globally

Mental health wellbeing can be achieved globally through mental health awareness. It is given the least importance in the workplace, family, society, school, college, institution, along with physical health mental health carries equally important for a healthy life.

The model of wellness involves health (emotional, intellectual, spiritual), physical health, social wellness (social health), occupational wellness, environmental wellness. One individual is different from the other based on their culture, customs, race, geographical location; and we should embrace the differences, awareness will bring a change in the attitude of inclusiveness in the society.

Spread the Message

Let us spread the message of Mental Health Awareness by interacting with our friends, relatives, and neighbourhood. You can take personal initiative for it to bring awareness to the citizens of your country.

What to Do?

  • Design E-Poster and publish at The Native Tribe

  • Write an article and publish it at The Native Tribe

  • Talk to people

  • Conduct seminars or classes about mental health at your workplace, college, school

It’s a slow process, but with personal initiative, you can make a difference.
