His research area is in Workforce Diversity, Organizational Climate and Culture, SDG and topics that benefit society, Published more than 41 research articles, books, chapters in a book, and edited book published in India, Bulgaria, USA, Turkey, and China; and attended more than 100 National and International conference, workshops, seminars, Webinar, FDP, MDP and Training; and completed two Fully Funded Minor Research Projects.

Ranjit, is an emerging entrepreneur and passionate about Research and Development, specifically within cognitive psychology. Presently, he is engaged in various R&D work. He has also undertaken research assignments at his capacity out of his passion for research, his passion is towards Positive Psychology, Cognitive Science, and Spiritual Healing. He had done extensive research for the development of Japan’s Economy and had contributed to the strategic growth and development of International Business through his research.

Dr Sivarethinamohan R is an Associate Professor at the Department of Professional Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He holds a Doctoral Degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore (Tamilnadu). Dr Sivarethinamohan R teaches courses at Christ that builds on his research interest and is actively involved in consultancy work with Bangalore companies. In his academic career spanning over more than 25 years, Dr Sivarethinamohan R has participated and presented research papers at national and international conferences and holds nearly 30 article publications in leading journals. Dr Sivarethinamohan R has published textbooks with (i) Tata McGraw Hill. New Delhi, titled "Operations Research, (ii) Prentice Hall of India, New Delhi, titled "Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare" (iii). Sultan Chand & Son, titled" Engineering Economics and Financial Accounting and (iv) CBA Publishers, titled "Principles of Management". This research and academic experience have helped him bring innovations in the teaching methodology and convey the course's practical application effectively. He Published 2 Patents titled "Development of Smart System to Avoid Triples and Over Speed Control in Two Wheelers" (202041033794) on 21.08.2020 and "Development of Real-Time Traffic Control System Using Digital Image Processing" (202041038823) on 25.09.2020. He served as a member of the Board of Studies for Management schools nominated by Anna University, Trichy, Alagappa University, Bharathiar University (India). He is an editorial board member and reviewer of reputed national and international journals.

Dr Yogesh Kanna Sathyamoorthy is an Assistant Professor of Neurosciences in the Department of Psychology; CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bannerghatta road campus. He is teaching Basic Biomedical courses to undergraduate students. He is a postgraduate in Neuroscience (Faculty of Medicine) from the Department of Anatomy, University of Madras and has received his PhD degree in Neuroscience - Anatomy. His primary research focus is cerebrovascular pathology, vascular insufficiency, neurodegeneration and mitochondrial biology and dementia. Besides his academic laurels, he had contributed to research and development and authored many papers that have been cited widely. He is currently a life member in many professional bodies in the same field.

Dr. Sateesh Kumar T K, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Commerce, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous), Bengaluru, India. His area of interest are Marketing and channels of distribution, quantitative research tools. Paul Lelen Haokip, M.A. in Sociology, Public Administration, and Pastoral Management. He has more than 12 years of teaching experience; keenly interested in ethnography, ethnohistory, deep ecology and environmental anthropology. He has authored books such as (1) The Groaning for Peace, 2016, (2) The Joy of Being Myself, 2018, (3) Relevance of Thempu in Pastoral Ministry, 2020, and published more than 70 newspaper articles in the various State dailies of Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram and Tripura. As a means for wellness, he practices Wado-Ryu Karate-Do.

Dr Juby Thomas, Programme Coordinator, Dept. of Media Studies (PG), Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). Dr Juby Thomas has a decade of teaching and research experience and industry exposure across diverse media platforms like Journalism, Photojournalism, and Public Relations. She holds the credit for numerous articles published nationally and internationally in Newspapers, Magazines and Online Media. Currently, her articles and columns are published in two newspapers and in a magazine.

Prof. Vishal B. Ranaware presently working as an Assistant Professor at the Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru, India, and has more than ten years of professional experience. Vishal has completed his Master's Degree (LL.M.) with a specialization in Business Law and Criminal Law from the University of Pune, Maharashtra. He pursued his Bachelor's Degree (B.S.L.LL.B.) from Solapur University, Maharashtra, and qualified UGC NET in Law. Prof. Vishal has also completed 'Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)' and 'Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (DLL&LW)' from the University of Pune. Presently, he is pursuing PhD in Law from the CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, India. He has presented and published papers in National and International conferences/ seminars/ journals in his areas of specialization and research. His areas of interest include Business Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Medical Jurisprudence and Cyber Law.

Dr Swati Saxena, MBA, MSW, MPhil, PhD, presently she is working as Associate Professor in Himalayan University, Arunachal Pradesh, and 6 PhD scholars are under her guidance. Completed her MBA (Marketing) from ICFAI University, Dehradun, MSW from Vinayaka Mission University. MPhil, and PhD in Management from CMJ University Shillong. Her Doctoral Research was on “A study on Critical Success Factor for Successful ERP Implementation at Indian SMEs”. She had founded NGO (Gurukul Jyoti Welfare Society) and provides free education for skill development and self-employment courses. Published articles in both national and international journals. Her research interest is in the domain of Digital Marketing, BPR, Service Marketing, and topics that benefits society. Exemplary skills in reading, analysis, research, and critical thinking helped her to advance in the field of teaching and research. She had received a Gold Medal in her MBA and carried a blend of experience in the corporate sectors as well as academics. She had also worked with All India Radio, ZEE Channel and is a talented artist. She believes people can be empowered with knowledge.

Dr Rema M K, Faculty member, Department of Psychology, Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). Completed PhD in Clinical Psychology from Calicut University. Trained psychotherapist with experience in working with Children, Adolescents, Women Elderly, End of life counselling, Alcoholism, HIV/ AIDS, Survivors of Domestic violence, and people with Psychiatric illnesses. N S Babitha completed her Bachelor's degree in Law in the year 2003, from BILS, (Bangalore University), Master's in Law, specialized in Constitutional Law from the School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), and presently Full- time PhD Research Scholar in Law, at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She continued to work as a teacher teaching Constitutional Law to undergraduate students in a part-time capacity for a number of years. Babitha worked with NGO called the Samarthanam Trust (For the Blind) for five years. She had the opportunity to help students learn the nuances of Basic English speaking, empower them to gain employment, and eventually become independent. From the year 2009 to 2018, she was also involved in the pursuit of establishing a training institute that catered to the English needs of people. The Center spearheaded by her was engaged in providing various English training programs like IELTS, TOEFL and Basic spoken English programs to enhance foreign career prospects of students and professionals. N S Babitha is passionate about research, writing and has written various articles to her credit.  She devotes her free time to reading about Law, culture, ethnicity, politics and humour.

Dr Umme Salma M, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. She received her BSc and MSc (Computer Science) degree from Kuvempu University and PhD from Mangalore University. She has secured 1st rank in MSc in 2009 and is a gold medalist. During PhD, she received Maulana Azad National Fellowship. Currently, she is working as an assistant professor in the department of computer science, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) and her area of interest are data mining and knowledge discovery, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Ms Cassandra Ranee (BE, MBA); HoD, Department of Management, St Claret College, Bangalore, has over 12 years experience in higher education institutes and 14 years in industry and entrepreneurship both in India and overseas. Her areas of interest include Marketing, Retail Management, Enterprise Management, Banking and Entrepreneurship. Ms Cassandra is passionate about mentoring and preparing young students to become precious citizens and contribute their part to the welfare of society. Mr Manu Vasudevan Unni, MBA, MIM, MScR, (PhD); is a triple Master Graduate from France, and India, with a proven record of academics and industrial experience; his research interests focused on consumer behaviour, branding, strategy, international marketing and business. He completed his MBA from Alliance University, Bangalore, India, MIM (Master in Management) from Toulouse Business School, France and MSc Research, Toulouse School of Management, France. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in St. Claret College, Bangalore and is pursuing his PhD in Management from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. Mr Manu has four publications in reputed International Journals, among which one of them is SCOPUS indexed. He also has a book chapter, which is on sale globally. Currently, he is working on five projects with various faculties across the globe. Mr Manu believes that "Research is the highest form of adoration", which is also proven from his current education and research excellence. He has also interned with two of the world's premier schools, such as the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Kerala, India and Vrije University Brussel, Flemish University, Brussels, Belgium. During his coursework at Toulouse Business School, he also interned as Marketing Research Intern at Altran Belgium and Luxembourg. Various experiences and educations across the globe have built his confidence and an interest in research and teaching. Above all, Mr Manu is one of the founding members of the Indian Community Toulouse-ICT, France, which is helping many lives integrate into France. Prof. Amenla Longkumer, Dept. of Psychology and Counselling, St. Joseph University. St. Joseph University – Nagaland is an effort of the sisters of DMI (Daughters of Mary Immaculate) and the Fathers of MMI (Missionaries of Mary Immaculate) of the Catholic Church. St. Joseph University is Established under Nagaland Govt. Act. No. 6 of 2016, Recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC), Approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Amenla completed her UG, and Masters from Kristu Jayanti College; and M.Phil from Christ (Deemed-to-be) University, Bangalore. Currently, she is teaching UG and PG students and guides in their research work at the University. Her research work was in the field of Special Education in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Stany Pancras, is a CSR and Sustainability Professional with strong experience in Non-Profit Sector, worked in various NGOs and had implemented projects as a Program Manager. He had worked closely with committee members that framed the ‘National Voluntary Guidelines’ in India. Stany is specialised in CSR strategy and implementation, sustainability performance management, sustainability strategy, building multi-stakeholder partnerships, CSR program design and monitoring, and social impact assessment. Presently he is engaged in research at Gandhigram Rural Institute, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.
